Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IT to lead the automation of the Account Strategy Review (ASR) process, defining business logic for AI agents to synthesize data into strategic insights.
- Act as a hands-on technical partner to IT, troubleshooting architectural roadblocks to ensure AI/ML builds meet sales needs and deliver tangible value.
- Proactively identify, validate, and prioritize new use cases for AI/ML to solve sales friction points and improve processes like lead scoring and automated coaching.
- Lead the operational storytelling for the NAM annual planning process, articulating how AI and operational efficiencies will serve as the engine for next year’s growth.
- Serve as the primary voice of the NAM field for all new IT initiatives, ensuring the sales perspective is integrated into the design phase of every enterprise tool.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of new sales tools and AI initiatives across the NAM region by building champion networks and delivering high-impact enablement programs.
- Establish and manage continuous feedback loops to ensure tools and AI models evolve based on real-world field usage and changing market conditions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience, or Master's degree with 12 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Technology.
- Proven track record of working directly with technical teams to deploy AI/ML or complex data products in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption and change management in a large, fast-paced sales organization through influence and value-demonstration.
- Deep understanding of the sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, Sales Engagement platforms) and the typical 'day in the life' of a NAM Sales Representative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical fluency in discussing data pipelines, LLM capabilities, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with technical counterparts.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical roadmaps into a clear strategic narrative for senior leadership.
- Formal program management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with numerous stakeholders.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
