Job Summary

Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-oriented strategic marketing manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate our marketing efforts in one of our fastest-growing ecosystem segments. The Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with our Global System Integrator partners to set our joint go-to-market strategy, amplify our innovation and thought leadership, and develop and execute marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand, in support of our strategic priorities and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align and Develop: Develop and define global marketing plans that amplify our strategic partnership with each GSI aligned to business objectives and GTM priorities. 

  • Executive Influence: Cultivate high-level executive and practice-leader relationships, both internally and with GSIs, to drive commitment to our joint marketing plan and funding. Lead marketing cadence meetings via weekly calls and email communications.

  • Business-Value Communication: Participate in strategic business reviews (QBRs) to connect marketing performance directly to GSI-specific pipeline targets and revenue growth, showcasing the impact of joint initiatives.

  • Strategic Synergies: Identify and maximize opportunities to leverage GSI partnerships to support corporate marketing initiatives and events, such as CxO engagements and Ignite on Tour, respectively. 

  • Targeted Industry Expertise: Orchestrate integrated campaigns that leverage GSI industry and vertical expertise at events and through demand generation and ABM programs in coordination with the global demand generation team.

  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Champion the co-creation of high-value strategic content (e.g., white papers, joint webinars) with GSI and internal subject matter experts addressing critical market challenges, such as agentic AI and modern identity security, to cement our joint status as industry visionaries and innovators.

  • Performance Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs against strategic growth targets, using data-driven insights and AI to pivot strategies, optimize investments, and track partner-sourced pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing and/or working with Global Systems Integrators.

  • Strong program management, project management, and organizational skills; campaign planning and development a plus.

  • Ability to take the lead in a challenging environment with multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience working with third-party agencies to execute marketing tactics.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working across sales and marketing teams, and internal/external partner organizations.

  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make continuous improvements in a growing organization.

  • BA in Marketing or other related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Action-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail and timelines.

  • AI-ready marketer; experience leveraging AI tools day-to-day to expedite planning and execution.

  • Experience with SFDC, Allocadia and G Suite. Asana, Ariba and Tableau are a plus.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$129,000.00 - $207,000.00/yr
