We are seeking a visionary, business-minded Senior Director of Product Management to lead our high-growth Software Firewall portfolio—including our flagship VM-Series as well as the platform engine that powers our rapidly expanding Cloud NGFW and Prisma AIRS businesses. This is a high-stakes leadership role overseeing a powerhouse portfolio that stands as a primary revenue engine for the company. You will lead the strategic transformation of how our software firewalls are discovered, adopted, and expanded across hybrid and public cloud environments, ensuring our technical superiority translates directly into market-dominating commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategic operator with deep domain expertise in cybersecurity and public cloud infrastructure. You are a business-first leader who possesses the executive presence to command a room, the technical gravitas to earn the respect of world-class engineering teams, and the business acumen to drive massive business growth. If you excel at taking broad, cross-functional organizational goals and turning them into seamless, high-velocity Product-Led Growth (PLG) engines, this is your next defining career move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Software Firewall Engine: Drive the holistic product vision, business strategy, and roadmap execution for the VM-Series business, ensuring alignment with broad organizational growth targets.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Transformation: Act as the central forcing function to drive massive, complex initiatives across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, breaking down silos to accelerate time-to-market.

  • Mature the PLG & Upsell Framework: Architect and optimize frictionless, automated Product-Led Growth funnels that facilitate self-service discovery, seamless cloud marketplace adoption, and high-velocity expansion paths.

  • Architect Risk-Assessment Led Sales: Design innovative, in-product capabilities that automatically identify customer security gaps and cloud vulnerabilities, turning product usage into a primary driver for pipeline generation and expansion revenue.

  • High-Impact GTM Partnership: Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product Marketing (PMM) leadership to deploy high-conversion sales plays, modernized pricing/packaging strategies, and targeted field enablement.

  • Executive Communication & Evangelism: Serve as a primary spokesperson for the portfolio, communicating complex product milestones and core SaaS financial metrics (NRR, ARR, LTV, CAC) with equal clarity to executive leadership, board members, and Tier-1 customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity environment, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership/people management capacity.

  • Deep Domain Expertise: Proven experience operating within the cybersecurity landscape and public cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Business Acumen & Financial Literacy: Demonstrated success managing high-revenue, scaled portfolios; you speak fluently in SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR, expansion ARR) and know how to tie technical milestones directly to financial performance.

  • Proven PLG Track Record: Substantial experience designing, launching, or scaling complex PLG motions, cloud marketplace engines, or usage-based growth frameworks.

  • AI First: Proven ability to lead an organization's transition to a fully autonomous, AI-driven model, demonstrating a personal commitment to deep AI fluency. This includes direct experience in orchestrating AI-enabled workflows and implementing AI SDLC practices to accelerate execution velocity and drive significant productivity gains. Must be a hands-on prototyper who can "vibe-code," leveraging Generative AI tools to quickly transform abstract ideas into tangible working models and differentiated product capabilities.

  • Exceptional Executive Presence: Superior communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional executive stakeholders, align differing viewpoints, and navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience/military experience.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scale Experience: Prior experience managing a major, market-leading product line experiencing hyper-growth.

  • Hybrid/Cloud Native Familiarity: Strong understanding of containerization (Kubernetes), virtualized environments, and cloud network architecture.

  • Strategic Consulting or MBA: A background that blends deep technical exposure with structured, strategic business framework thinking.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$260,400.00 - $357,375.00/yr
