Job Summary
Joining the Cortex partnerships team means building your career at the heart of Palo Alto Networks' innovation engine, where product excellence meets strategic ecosystem collaboration to redefine cybersecurity. As a Senior Product Partnerships Manager, you will shape joint solutions between leading technology partners and our Cortex portfolio, from XSIAM's AI-driven SOC transformation to cloud-native security for multi-cloud environments, and beyond. You will be working hand-in-hand with the technology partners to break silos, enhance customer outcomes, and drive platform adoption at scale. Key Responsibilities
Own, create, and deepen relationships with strategic partners, working closely with their product and business teams to shape valuable joint solutions.
Proactively collaborate with partners to define joint use cases and translate them into clear requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.
Guide the planning and rollout of integrations and joint offerings, ensuring they are reliable, easy for customers to adopt, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track adoption, measure the impact of joint solutions against KPIs, and uncover new opportunities.
Serve as the internal and external evangelist for joint solutions, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and support.
Define and track partnership performance against established goals, simplifying complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Challenge the status quo by curiously exploring new integration possibilities and technological alignments that can deliver disruptive value to customers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, product management, or a similar role in a tech/SaaS B2B environment.
Proven track record of sourcing, building, and scaling strategic product or platform partnerships.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional teams and senior executives.
Leadership & Ownership: Strong ownership and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex processes across teams.
Data‑Driven Mindset: Experience defining and tracking partnership KPIs and building business cases.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Cyber domain.
