Job Summary

The role is designed to handle routine, non-strategic, and high-volume tasks:

• Expense Management: Processing and reconciling expenses for five VPs to ensure compliance and timely reimbursement.
• All-Hands Presentations: Assisting with the production, formatting, and logistical preparation of departmental All-Hands decks.
• Administrative Support: Providing general scheduling, correspondence, and routine office support for the team, particularly for in-office leaders.
• Calendar Management: Managing complex scheduling requirements, resolving conflicts, and coordinating meetings for five leaders to maximize time-blocked efficiency.
• Basic Project Coordination: with complexity to increase as EA settles into the role

Qualifications

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
