Luke’s Internal Mobility Experience at Palo Alto Networks

After a great first year at Palo Alto Networks, Luke Kohls decided he was ready for a new challenge. 

“I felt included and valued from day one here, and knew I did not want to look elsewhere,” said Luke. “The company’s culture and leadership’s vision for Palo Alto Networks was a major reason why I wanted to stay. Everyone is so willing to work with each other and we all see it as being a part of a big team – no matter your role.”

Luke turned to the internal mobility program to see if there were any roles at Palo Alto Networks that aligned with his desire to grow as an account manager. 

“I saw great similarities to being a commercial mid-market business development representative, which was my prior role. I wanted to be an account manager and saw it as a great opportunity to advance my career while still being a part of Palo Alto Networks,” Luke said.

By offering avenues to develop fresh skill sets, encouraging calculated career risks, and enabling personalized progression, the internal mobility program creates an environment where employees can flourish and grow.
