As part of a sustained commitment to supporting our nine Employee Network Group (ENG) efforts to uplift their communities, the Corporate Responsibility team recently partnered with the ENGs to award $180k in charitable grants across nearly 30 organizations globally. The ENGs engaged their membership to identify organizations for investment based on criteria that align with our company values, as well as positive impact and outcomes. The Beneficiaries are performing meaningful work in areas ranging from empowering young girls in technology, racial equity, and civil & human rights to addressing housing, mental health, and food and water insecurity. We’re grateful for these organizations' work to advance Early Career, Asian, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, Muslim, Black, Veterans, People with Disabilities, and Women’s causes!
Many thanks to all the ENGs for all they do to advance our work in the community. According to,
Aja Taylor, Sr.Director of Inclusion and Diversity Executive Programs & Corporate Strategy, “The connection between our “Corporate Responsibility team and our ENGs is crucial for the positive impact on our communities and beyond. Each of our ENGs has elevated and intentionally increased their actions of taking their inclusion and diversity commitments beyond Palo Alto Networks and out to their communities. This significantly raises our ability as a company to look outward and continue to bridge our internal Inclusion & Diversity efforts with those that are personal to us externally in our day-to-day lives.” Visit our website to learn more about our Inclusion & Diversity and Corporate Responsibility priorities.
