Our ENGs Awarded $220K to Uplift Our Communities in FY 23

FY 23 ENG IMPACT BLOG HEADER

For the third consecutive year, the Corporate Responsibility team partnered with our 11 employee network groups (ENGs) to uplift our communities through the ENG Community Grant Program, awarding $220,000 in charitable grants across 40 organizations globally! The ENGs engaged their membership to identify organizations that are performing meaningful work in areas ranging from empowering young girls in technology to racial equity and civil and human rights, to addressing housing, mental health and food insecurity. We’re grateful for the organizations that partnered with our ENGs to advance early in career, Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander, Jewish, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, Muslim, Black, veterans, people with disabilities and women’s causes.

Monique Hudson, inclusion and diversity business partner, said, “our employee network groups inspire, encourage and create an impact by giving back, among numerous other ways, to help create a more equitable and respectful world for everyone.” Visit our website to learn more about our inclusion and diversity and corporate responsibility priorities.
