Celebrating Inclusion and Diversity at our Winter Fair
From Christmas and Hanukkah to Los Posadas and Kwanzaa, whether it’s about food or fashion, our inclusion and diversity (I&D) winter fair at HQ kicked off the festivities for this December. Reindeer sweaters were out in full force in the photo booths, and we expect things to get even more joyful as the holiday season continues.
The holiday fair was a joint effort hosted by our eleven employee network groups (ENGs), highlighting the commitment to our values of collaboration, inclusion and disruption. That is a lot to celebrate – who we are, what we believe in, and how we support each other.
Employees learned how various holidays are celebrated around the world, enjoyed a sweet treat from the donut wall, and checked out the cool crafts and homemade goods. Natasha Medina, hospitality and events manager, is often seen with her clipboard organizing such great events. She observes, “Seeing the array of vendors, I was delighted to experience the diverse range of offerings available. Among them, Jadenmoon stood out as my personal favorite, as they specialized in offering exceptional beauty, hair, and skincare products.”
Co-lead of the Women's Network Community ENG, Haylee Clay, senior customer success manager, said, “It was wonderful to see the ENGs represented and working together to showcase our inclusivity and diversity at our Winter Fair; that was definitely my favorite part, along with the mobile hot cocoa dispensing people!”
