Early Talent Claims Another Victory
Campus Forward Award Winner For The Second Year In A Row!
Early Talent strikes again with another award! Our Recruiting and Programs team works extremely hard to invest in top talent throughout the business. So, what makes us so different from the rest?
Our interns and new graduates execute on meaningful and challenging work that enables Palo Alto Networks to thrive. Early In Career employees also have opportunities to network with leaders, receive one-on-one mentorship, attend professional development workshops that teach them transferable skills, and take part in fun and engaging social events. Winning RippleMatch’s Campus Forward Award is a reflection of the team’s innovative program strategy that transforms interns and new graduates into top performing employees.
Palo Alto Networks also has aspirational, diverse hiring goals—Early Talent is no exception. Attending conferences such as Afrotech and HACU, connecting with underrepresented groups on college campuses, and partnering with nonprofits such as On-Ramps are some of the ways we strive to create a diverse pipeline. We recognize that our pipeline isn’t the end: it’s the beginning. All interns and new graduates have the opportunity to join any of our eleven employee network groups! Employee network groups create a sense of belonging through social and professional events where members can connect on common interests. Palo Alto Networks also strives to create inclusive hiring practices. Early Talent improves accessibility to the recruiting process by providing digestible interview and resume tips for candidates.
What’s more? The dedication and care that goes into investing in interns and new graduates. The team works hard to create a high touch experience through regular communication and check-ins. Increased transparency ensures Early-In-Career employees are set up for success.
Uplifting the next generation of talent is crucial to maintain fast pace company growth. Our robust recruiting strategy, our intern program and our new graduate LEAP program provide a career defining experience. The transition from school to work life can be challenging—but Palo Alto Networks is here to support your next chapter. When one door closes, a new window always opens.
