Early Talent strikes again with another award! Our Recruiting and Programs team works extremely hard to invest in top talent throughout the  business. So, what makes us so different from the rest? 

Our interns and new graduates execute on meaningful and challenging work that enables Palo Alto Networks to thrive. Early In Career employees also have opportunities to network with leaders, receive one-on-one mentorship, attend professional development workshops that teach them transferable skills, and take part in fun and engaging social events. Winning RippleMatch’s Campus Forward Award is a reflection of the team’s innovative program strategy that transforms interns and new graduates into top performing employees.

Attending conferences such as Afrotech and HACU, connecting with underrepresented groups on college campuses, and partnering with nonprofits such as On-Ramps are some of the ways we strive to create a diverse pipeline. Employee network groups create a sense of belonging through social and professional events where members can connect on common interests.
