A Start in Pre-Sales Leads To Global Impact and Opportunities

I started my journey as a senior technical marketing engineer for IoT/OT Security with Palo Alto Networks last year. Venturing into pre-sales, I assisted customers in evaluating their needs, orchestrating proof of concepts (POCs), and laying the foundation for success.

After successful sales, I also provided high touch support in deployments for various customers such as a large healthcare organization in Australia and a huge manufacturing customer in India, ensuring the successful adoption of the product. Leveraging the collaborative efforts and guidance from the Product Team, I have established myself as a subject matter expert and am also able to drive successful adoption in the region. In a short span of one year, I have started expanding and now support not just the APAC region but the EMEA region as well. I have received amazing opportunities to present at various internal and external events such as the JAPAC Summit, the S4x24 Conference in Miami and the Govware conference honing both my technical and presentation skills. 

By interacting with customers across the globe, I have been able to gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements, unique problems and how Palo Alto Networks solves their challenges. Overall it has been an amazing experience and Palo Alto Networks has provided me with the right platform and culture to thrive.
