Your Career

The Digital Native Domain Advisor role is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for accelerating PaloAlto Networks’ reach, revenue, and thought leadership in the Fintech/Digital Native ecosystem, which includes Digital Native companies, Incubators/accelerators, Startup founders/CEOs, and Investors (VCs etc) .  You are adept at engaging across multiple levels of any organization, including the CIO/ CTO , COO and CFO.

As someone who  has an expert understanding of the Fintech/DN ecosystem, understanding of the DN’s infrastructure, strong connections with the Fintech/DN ecosystem, and knowledge about the regulatory impact on Fintechs/ DN, you will be expected to aid our positioning in the space, represent PaloAlto Network as a thought leader in the DN ecosystem.

By partnering with the cross functional teams (sales, marketing, channel) , you will help develop business in new whitespace Digital Native segments   

You are a recognized thought leader with a hunger to solve critically difficult challenges that face Digital Natives/Fintechs. You develop trusted relationships at a high executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. Your credibility will guide customers in their search to start or transition to a more secure online environment with PaloAlto Networks.  

Your Impact

  1. Develop PANW thought leadership and messaging in the Digital Native (particularly Fintech) ecosystem . 

  2. Build and Nurture relationships with key influencers ( such a govt bodies, investors, incubators)

  3. Guide development of ecosystem assets ( pitches, messaging, solutions) for Sales/technical team to leverage to sales closures

  4. Drive business development efforts that will enable our Digital native sales team to leverage the aircover and exceed their quota

Your Experience

  1. 10-15 years of experience , with atleast 3-5 years of indepth experience with/in Digital Native ecosystem

  2. Understand Digital Native  ecosystem, you may have either of these or similar experiences 

    1. Having worked with CSP enabling Digital Natives, or 

    2. Having worked with Digital Natives as Tech co-founder or their IT/security practitioner, or 

    3. Having worked with partners offering MSSP or devops capabilities to Digital Natives , or

    4. Having worked with leading consulting firms with profile focus on Fintechs/Digital Natives

    5. Having led Accelerator/Incubators

  3. Sound in-depth understanding of the regulatory impact and evolving regulatory frameworks impacting Fintechs/DNs

  4. Understanding of the AWS, GCP, Azure, Digital Ocean etc play in startup ecosystem and connections to introduce cybersecurity thought leadership and presence in the ecosystem

  5. Understanding of the security posture/architectures adopted by Startups (from startup to scale up)
