Your Career

In this role, you will manage the tactical activities and strategic direction of the Professional Services team.

Your Impact

  • Respond to sales opportunities, and work with the Sales team to drive new business by utilizing Professional Services capabilities
  • Provide strategic direction and input to the technical development of the Professional Services group
  • Manage the daily activities of the India consulting organization, including Professional Services engineers and resident engineers
  • Interface with the Sales team to ensure customers’ technical requirements are met
  • Handle day-to-day personnel issues such as hiring, promotions, time off, and disciplinary actions
  • Provide status updates to the JAPAC PS Leader on all major activities
  • Travel as required

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field  
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities, ideally within a vendor environment
  • 5+ years managing teams of 6+ more technical (ideally security) consultants
  • 5+ years of building Internet security solutions for enterprise customers
  • Strong technical knowledge of Internet security concepts and implementations/products
  • Hands-on experience with the following technologies -  Routing, Switching, VPNs, LANs, WANs, IPsec, and encryption technology
  • Experienced in partnering with Sales Leadership and driving exceptional customer outcomes
