Your Career

Based in Palo Alto Networks’ London or Amsterdam office,  as a member of the EMEA Business Operations Team.  You will be responsible for the EMEA Business Processes and Project Management Office.

In order to do this, you will be comfortable with owning and maintaining end-to-end projects, as well as rolling out continually improving tools, processes, and metrics to support decision making, define and drive strategic initiatives, and measure performance.


Your Impact

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Business Operations, Sales, Finance, Sales Compensation, reviewing and understanding current ways of working.

  • Drive continuous improvement of EMEA Business Operations tools and processes by analyzing areas to uncover inefficiency and then recommend and drive solutions to increase sales productivity and overall effectiveness.

  • Operate with a global mindset partnering with colleagues in AMER and APJ to drive one, consistent approach.

  • As the Business Process and Project Manager, you will have direct responsibility for driving operational excellence at scale through driving alignment, adoption and consistent execution of global operational standards.

  • Be responsible for EMEA projects (Project Mgmt Office/PMO) working closely with the Global PMO, contributing towards continuous improvement of leading practices.

  • Establish KPI metrics in partnership with the EMEA Sales President to focus, monitor and control the adoption and continuous improvement of global business processes within the Business Operations Organisation.

  • Collaborating with Sales, Operations and Marketing to establish the Sales Enablement strategy that enables our sales team to execute our GTM strategy.

  • Leading the development, delivery and training of effective sales playbooks and sales tools in tight collaboration with sales leadership and product marketing.

  • Overseeing the sales content repository and ensuring that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

  • Monitoring and advising the Sales team towards the company and individual KPIs.

  • Represent the EMEA Theater as the subject matter expert for development and execution of global sales strategy, planning, and operations initiatives.

Your Experience

  • Extensive sales operations, planning, and/or analysis experience within enterprise sales; SaaS/Cloud a plus.

  • Experience with an understanding of sales strategy, motions, as well as processes/policies and methodologies. 

  • An understanding of sales compensation design preferred.

  • Self-starter and data driven, with strong attention to detail and qualitative/quantitative analysis skills.

  • Strong communication,  interpersonal and influencing  skills, with entrepreneurial spirit and sound business judgement. 

  • Ability to work well under pressure of heavy workload, time constraints, and demands of high-growth environments, while also being capable of seamlessly moving from the big picture to the details and back.

  • Cross Functional Project and Program management experience desired.

  • Advanced G-suite,  MS Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint) required; Anaplan, SFDC, and/or Tableau also preferred.
