In this role, you will serve as a key member of the EMEA Talent Development team reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development EMEA & JAPAC. You will design, develop, and deliver key learning & development programs, serve as development coach, partner with teams across the organisation to increase their individual & team effectiveness, collaborate across the People & Places team to equip leaders and employees to foster an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, and partner across the organisation to help the company grow and scale with a growth mindset and a culture of high performance.
We’re looking for innovative learning professionals with experience and passion for developing learner-centric, scalable learning solutions personalised to the needs of individuals, teams, and organisations. You are comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, are an expert at evaluating requests and driving them from start to finish. You are scrappy and highly collaborative, truly valuing the contributions of your partners. You work well in a dynamic environment with compressed timelines.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in the talent development space
Serve as development coach across a range of programmes and across the EMEA geography to enhance our performance culture
Provide strategic program management of our suite of Leadership & professional development programs, contributing to the design, development, delivery of learning solutions and manage the implementation of key development offerings (i.e. Leadership Development, Career Development, Mentoring & Inclusion & Diversity)
Manage end-to-end professional development program lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, participant experience, evaluation, to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement
Analyse program data to provide insights and ensure effectiveness
Support the future proofing of the organisation with talent management practices (review, succession planning, analytics)
Collaborate and interface with the broader HR teams, especially People Business Partners to ensure solutions are aligned to critical business needs & personalise programs to fit various individuals, teams, and organisations
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders throughout Palo Alto Networks
Effectively manage vendors who may support aspects of professional development programs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of direct experience with learning & development and related talent management program experience
Excellent consulting, collaboration, organisational, and change management skills
Extensive experience leading complex projects related to learning & development in a complex, highly matrixed organisation
Experience working as a consultative advisor with senior partners in a high-touch environment
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a highly matrixed environment of ambiguity, change, and rapid pace
Strong attention to detail with the ability to flex from the strategic level to detailed operational excellence
