Technical Sourcer (Contractor)

As a Technical Sourcer, my passion is finding and matching the right person (AKA talent) with the right role within our company. I'm excited to learn more about you (the candidate), what are your strengths and challenges, and how we can contribute to your career path.

What advice would you give to a candidate preparing for an interview?

Come prepared. Research about the company, the role you are applying for and the relevant technology. The preparation you do in advance most likely will result in you being more relaxed during the interview, and gaining more out of it.

Prepare key questions you have for us. Remember - this is a two way interview and we want you to leave the interview informed about the role. If something isn't clear during the interview, don't hesitate to ask for clarification.

Be honest about your strengths and your challenges. No candidate is perfect. Hiring managers want to meet candidates who are self aware and excited to learn and develop their skills all the time.

How can someone be a more competitive candidate?

Show your passion for the field and the role. Keep the interview alive - be an active listener, ask questions, engage.
