Start by breathing… continue with anything that can help you feel much more comfortable.

How can someone be a more competitive candidate?

My three “B”s:

Bring the best of yourself.

Believe in yourself.

Be kind.

It sounds like a great cliché, but hiring kind people with a positive attitude is much better than hiring negative people with experience.
