Talent Acquisition Manager

I’m currently leading the Talent Acquisition team and have 12+ years of successful experience working for leading Silicon Valley tech giants. We move fast at Palo Alto Networks, so I look for sharp candidates who have the ability to adapt to change.

What advice would you give to a candidate preparing for an interview?

Study your resume and know everything about it. Research the company and the job position you are applying for, you should always read about the product before your first interview (there are many links to articles and videos on our Candidate Landing Page) and prepare questions to ask the interview team.

How can someone be a more competitive candidate?

If you’re invited for a technical interview, start preparing as early as possible. Working through a prep book or sample questions will not only give you good practice, but it’ll also put you in the right problem-solving mindset.
