In this leadership role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, bringing deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning to anticipate enterprise challenges and execute high-impact HR programs. You will shape and drive the overarching people strategies across our Idira leadership team and key cross-functional areas, translating business goals into bold, data-backed people strategies while cultivating an inclusive environment that attracts and retains world-class talent.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, designing and driving scalable people strategies that align with long-term business goals, elevate leadership capability, and build high-performing teams.
Lead, mentor, and align a team of People Business Partners to ensure cohesive execution of talent initiatives across our newly acquired business, Idira and cross-functional business units.
Harness people analytics and executive instinct to predict workforce trends, mitigate organizational risk, and deliver data-backed solutions.
Protect, evolve, and champion our unique organizational culture, ensuring the company remains a premier destination for top global talent.
Partner with functional HR leaders to design, refine, and deploy market-competitive total rewards, executive development programs, and modern HR tech stack solutions.
Champion progressive people practices that foster agility, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within a highly advanced technology organization.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience in high-growth technology or multinational enterprise environments, with a strong track record at the Senior Director level.
Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into actionable, scalable talent plans in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Expert capability in building credibility, influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, and navigating complex corporate dynamics.
Mastery in executive coaching, organizational design, change leadership, and managing sensitive employee relations and performance matters.
High proficiency in leveraging workforce analytics and talent metrics to drive executive decision-making and organizational strategy.
Exceptional listening skills with a persuasive, executive-level communication style that aligns matrixed teams around shared vision and strategy.
A collaborative, inclusion-focused, and inspiring leadership style that fosters a 'one-team' mentality across the global HR organization.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
