Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the vision for a world-class global coordination function, ensuring consistency in high-touch candidate experiences across all regions.

  • Manage the day-to-day of the Employee Referral Program and Rehire Eligibility process, ensuring critical workflows move quickly and accurately.

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for our AI scheduling platform, capable of troubleshooting complex scheduling workflows.

  • Act as the primary point of escalation and strategic partner for Recruiting Leadership, translating recruiter needs into actionable coordination workflows.

  • Own the end-to-end logistics of the candidate lifecycle from Job to Offer, optimizing the engine for speed and accuracy.

  • Leverage ATS data and ticketing systems to monitor team capacity, SLAs, and interview health metrics.

  • Identify systemic bottlenecks and design automated or streamlined processes to eliminate them in partnership with Regional Manager. 

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new coordinators and ensure the team is up-to-date on compliance and legal requirements.

  • Maintain a 'player-coach' mentality, jumping in to support recruiters to keep a pulse on the process.

  • Manage a team of contractors, providing regular feedback to help each member grow in their roles.

  • Draft global documentation and SOPs, building bridges to close process gaps.

  • Direct global coverage strategies and manage complex capacity modeling to ensure team agility during hiring surges or holiday periods.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role.

  • At least two years of experience in a Recruiting Coordination role.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • High degree of attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or GSuite.

  • Deep proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an AI scheduling platform.

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting data, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Experience in drafting global documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Experience with capacity planning for a global team.

  • Experience with QA methods to ensure high quality outcomes.
