We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused technical team member to join our Security Services organization, to focus on a diverse portfolio of CyberArk customers in DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux, but may be assigned to customers throughout all EMEA. Our consultants serve as trusted advisors, technical experts, and primary points of contact, ensuring customers achieve long‑term success and value from their self-hosted/on-premises CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs. The person applying should be aware that, with customers transitioning to cloud environments, the role may shift over time from a self-hosted / on-premises-focused role to a PAM SaaS-oriented one. Our team members typically have two areas of expertise, and while this role is focused on PAM, we are looking for someone who is willing to become an expert in CyberArk’s EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Ownership:
Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through long‑term adoption
Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices.
Contribute technical expertise to escalation scenarios where relevant.
Be the customer technical representative when working with other CyberArk technical teams such as R&D, Support, etc
Technical Leadership & Strategic Advisory
Provide expert guidance on CyberArk PAM (self-hosted / on-premise) solutions
Anticipate technical challenges and risks
Monitor product usage and adoption trends
Solution Delivery & Technical Enablement
Support planning, implementation, configuration, and expansion of CyberArk PAM solutions and adjacent solutions
Assist customers with configurations, troubleshooting and integrations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Align with the account team on strategy for your customers and share information
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services team
Represent the customer's voice internally
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience ideally in a large, complex or modernized environment
Fluent in German and English
Technical Background
Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security
Ability to resolve complex technical problems
Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial
Communication & Leadership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects
Preferred Certifications
CyberArk (PAM) certifications like Sentry, Defender or CDE are beneficial
