The Senior Product Manager for the Prisma Access Agent solution will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for the next-generation device agent team, with a primary focus on the SaaS service offering. As a key member of the team, this role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from initial conception and development to packaging, pricing, and market positioning. We seek a highly driven individual capable of working effectively across functional teams and solving complex problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager on the Prisma Access Agent Services team, you will shape core product capabilities that serve as the backbone for Prisma Access Agent cloud platform and AI offerings
Ideate and productize innovative offerings by making sense of data from millions of endpoints and transforming them into product offerings that secure the top organization in the world
Lead Cloud infrastructure for the agent management platform - You will be responsible for scalability, redundancy, business continuity, multi-cloud strategy, hosting costs and data governance for Cloud platform
Lead discovery efforts, competitive reviews, ROI analyses, and value propositions for foundational platform investments
Partner closely with engineering to refine designs, guide tradeoffs, and deliver iterative improvements backed by measurable outcomes
Manage the entire feature lifecycle from conception and definition through development, release, and post-release activities.
Proactively collaborate and exchange information with Product Marketing to create compelling sales tools and marketing content.
Ensure alignment with legal, InfoSec, and engineering teams to maintain adherence to various privacy and data protection regulations
Engage directly with customers for executive briefings, product evangelism, and requirements gathering to inform the product roadmap.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, another engineering/technical field, or Business.
4+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products
Demonstrated ability to own the full product lifecycle, from writing requirements and collaborating with engineering to working with sales to drive adoption, ideally for B2B SaaS products
Deep understanding of Data Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, Multi-cloud hosting, Cloud Cost Analysis
Understanding of SaaS GTM principles
Ability to break down and prioritize complex technical programs
Practical experience and strategic insight in emerging AI domains, including Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success within the cybersecurity domain
Experience in customer engagement and relationship development for executive briefings and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in market analysis, business case creation, and product strategy
Cloud hosted compliance standards such as FedRamp, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
