Leads large, complex cross-team initiatives, Uses Gen AI or any other tools/plugins to automate process and create efficiency. Works with engineering to create integrations and leverage MCP (Model Context Protocol). Works with the UX and product team to build a scalable AI-enhanced design process, leveraging the design system but also keeping scope for innovation.
Aligns stakeholders around clear design decisions
Demonstrates deep understanding of product strategy and roadmap
Partners proactively with PM and Engineering on future direction
Improves coherence across related areas of the product
Produces work that influences other designers
Makes reasoning explicit in critiques and decision discussions
Raises quality and clarity across the areas they influence, by actively elevating the work of other designers through critique, shared work, and making design reasoning and standards explicit
Shapes how problems are defined and approached , not just how they are solved
Brings clarity and direction in areas where the problem or approach is not yet well defined
Qualifications
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
