サンタクララ, カリフォルニア州, アメリカ合衆国 IT 参照ID JR-017099

Our Mission

At Palo Alto Networks®, we’re united by a shared mission—to protect our digital way of life. We thrive at the intersection of innovation and impact, solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. Here, everyone has a voice, and every idea counts. If you’re ready to do the most meaningful work of your career alongside people who are just as passionate as you are, you’re in the right place.

Who We Are

In order to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, we must trailblaze the path and shape the future of our industry. This is something our employees work at each day and is defined by our values: Disruption, Collaboration, Execution, Integrity, and Inclusion. We weave AI into the fabric of everything we do and use it to augment the impact every individual can have. If you are passionate about solving real-world problems and ideating beside the best and the brightest, we invite you to join us!

We believe collaboration thrives in person. That’s why most of our teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed. This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap & Strategy: Create, maintain, and drive the product roadmap for Technical Services, optimizing PSA (eg: Planview) and CSM (eg: Gainsight) tools for global scale.

  • AI-Augmented Prototyping: Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., LLMs, low-code builders) to create "Living Specs"—functional prototypes that validate business logic and data flows before they reach development.

  • Agentic Process Design: Identify manual friction points in the service lifecycle and architect "Agent-Native" solutions to automate tasks like resource forecasting and health scoring.

  • Translate Vision into Software: Rapidly move from idea to executable application using AI-enabled development, reducing early-stage dependency on engineering while validating concepts through live products.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a collaborative bridge between Sales Ops, Finance, Support, and R&D to ensure strategic alignment and seamless development.

  • Data Stewardship: Partner with data teams to ensure underlying data in Clarizen, Gainsight, and SFDC is "AI-Ready" for predictive insights.

  • Operational Excellence: Analyze case trends and engineering escalations to identify patterns, proactively prioritize fixes, and influence the product backlog.

  • Success Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on key metrics for product success, including usage, quality, and adoption measures.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience.

  • A "Builder" mindset with a proven ability to move beyond static PRDs by using AI tools to validate API logic or mock up UIs independently.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment, specifically with enterprise-level GTM or CX systems.

  • Deep experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, shifting the focus from "User Stories Written" to "Time-to-Validation".

  • Experience demonstrating shipped products or proof-of-concepts built using AI-assisted development tools.
