Your Career
Your Impact
Translate raw technical data from our CI Labs into field-ready "Kill" campaigns, technical battlecards, and objection-handling scripts that emphasize our architectural "uniques."
Design and scale the "Golden Path" for Proofs of Value (POVs). You will create the specific demo flows and test criteria that force competitors to fail on their own technical limitations.
Develop consultative questioning frameworks that enable the field to "set landmines" early in the sales cycle, guiding customers to discover competitor gaps before the RFP is even written.
Lead high-impact technical workshops and "Tiger Team" sessions for the global SE organization, moving them from defensive reactions to proactive offensive positioning.
Partner with Sales Ops to analyze competitive win/loss trends, identifying "friction points" in the sales cycle and rapidly deploying tactical content to address them.
Qualifications
Your Experience
8+ years of experience in Technical Sales Engineering, Competitive Intelligence, or Product Marketing, with a focus on "winning the technical sale."
A proven ability to take highly dense technical findings (e.g., XDR telemetry or SIEM correlation logic) and boil them down into a 30-second "elevator pitch" or a single-page "cheat sheet."
Experience building structured training modules that don't just provide "info," but teach "behavioral change" in how reps talk to customers.
A proven ability to be highly autonomous who defines your own research and enablement roadmap based on where the "revenue at risk" is highest.
You should be comfortable "dropping into" a high-stakes deal to provide tactical coaching to a regional sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Marketing Manager in the SOC/SIEM/XDR space is highly preferred.
Experience using frameworks like the "Golden Path" or "Trap-Setting" to win competitive POCs.
Exceptional ability to write clear, punchy, and persuasive technical content that sales teams actually want to use.
History of leading rapid-response teams to counter a specific competitor's marketing blitz or product launch.
CI Certification like CIP or similar.
