Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ownership driven Principal Engineer in a team that is transforming how cloud infrastructure and platforms are built. In this role, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing how Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms are built, contributing to cutting-edge platform SaaS solutions and SDKs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a team that is redefining the future of cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure for our autonomous SRE platforms

• Implement and deliver robust, distributed systems to build scalable Infrastructure Platforms.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment and drive project success.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture, design, and configuration.

• Operate within an agile delivery methodology to ensure timely and iterative development cycles.

• Explore, integrate, and contribute to open-source projects to enhance our platform capabilities.

• Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to internal teams and stakeholders to foster self-sufficiency.

• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.

• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Typescript, Javascript

• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration, internals, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Proven experience in observability pillars (Monitoring, Events, Logging, Tracing) and Remediations

• Experience working with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a strong understanding of cloud technologies.

• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes)

• Demonstrable experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab. Github Actions, Jenkins).

• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with in-memory cache systems like Redis.

• Experience with messaging/queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and technologies (e.g., RAG, Agents).

• Experience with large-scale database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

• Advanced knowledge of security best practices
