Job Summary
The Technical Services Senior Manager leads the Implementation and Delivery Teams for India (NetSec), requiring exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role provides strategic direction for the team, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of network security innovation while managing daily operations and key stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for the team's talent development, operational excellence, and overall business integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and technical vision for the Technical Services team, ensuring the India organization remains at the forefront of network security innovation, including SASE.
- Manage daily activities of the consulting organization, ensuring high-quality delivery of professional services and resident engineering engagements.
- Lead a team of delivery professionals with a focus on active career coaching, training, and talent development, including hiring, promotions, and performance management.
- Act as a key liaison for Sales Leadership, ensuring technical requirements align with customer business outcomes and expectations through effective collaboration.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance their service product offerings and delivery capabilities, fostering ecosystem growth.
- Provide consistent status updates to regional leadership and play an active role in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as a calm, decisive leader during customer escalations, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining professional composure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, OR Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience, OR PhD with 5+ years of related experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more service delivery professionals, specifically within a high-growth technology environment.
- Solid technical foundation in Internet security concepts and hands-on experience with Network Security product implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating technical complexity into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Exceptional ability to present to internal executives and external clients, with the power to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent engagements and prioritize a complex workload proactively.
