Your Career
We’re looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven Marketing Manager to shape, develop, and execute the marketing plan for the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Reporting to the Director, EMEA Central Marketing, you will partner closely with Regional Sales Directors and key stakeholders to translate EMEA marketing strategy and regional business priorities into data-driven marketing plans that support Platformization and drive growth across the region.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing expertise, with a proven ability to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex business challenges, and translate market, customer, and pipeline insights into measurable marketing outcomes.
Your Impact
Own and develop the integrated marketing plan for the CEE region, translating EMEA marketing strategy, business priorities, market dynamics, and customer insights into a data-driven approach that drives pipeline and growth.
Partner with Regional Sales Directors as a trusted marketing advisor, using market, customer, and pipeline insights to help shape regional GTM priorities, identify growth opportunities, and inform marketing investment decisions.
Define and lead integrated omnichannel programs across digital, social, partner, executive, and in-person experiences to generate new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen engagement across strategic accounts and buying centers.
Shape the regional approach to customer and executive engagement, including account-based marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership, ensuring activities support strategic business priorities and business-critical opportunities.
Develop joint marketing strategies with key channel partners, guiding co-marketing investments (MDF) and ensuring programs align with regional GTM priorities, pipeline objectives, and measurable business outcomes.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Channel, and EMEA Marketing teams, influencing stakeholders and ensuring regional priorities and market requirements are reflected in marketing programs and investments.
Own the measurement and optimization of regional marketing performance, leveraging data, attribution, AI, and pipeline insights to improve targeting, personalization, investment decisions, and overall business impact.
Act as an ambassador for Palo Alto Networks’ marketing strategy, sharing regional insights and best practices and building trusted relationships across sales, partners, customers, and thought-leadership communities.
Qualifications
Your Experience
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or another fast-paced environment, with experience across field, demand generation, and channel marketing.
Proven ability to translate broader business and marketing strategies into regional marketing plans and priorities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior sales and business stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and helping shape regional priorities.
Strong experience developing integrated and omnichannel marketing programs across digital, social, partner, executive, and in-person channels, including account-based marketing (ABM) and C-level engagement.
Experience in partner and demand generation programs, including joint marketing planning, MDF management, pipeline development, attribution, and ROI measurement.
Ability to operate independently in a matrixed environment, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing business needs, and develop solutions to complex regional marketing challenges.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience using AI-driven marketing tools, CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and reporting dashboards to optimize marketing performance.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
Fluent in English; additional CEE language is a plus.
