We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and innovation for our foundation layer, platform and connectivity to all the enterprise systems. You will own the Service Platform and Connectivity Layer, the critical engine that governs and secures identities and NHI across a massive ecosystem of SaaS, Cloud, and On-Premise applications.
In this role, you will be part of a team that is building the Identity Security platform for the future. You will ensure that our platform provides deep visibility, reduces the identity attack surface, and automates complex governance workflows. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle, acting as the strategic bridge between deep RnD engineering and the business needs of CISOs and IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Visionary Platform & Connectivity Roadmap: Own the multi-year strategic roadmap for the foundational service layer, driving collaboration between the different use case from basic IGA provisioning to cutting-edge Identity Security—including Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), automated remediation, and Zero Trust enforcement.
Universal Security Connectivity: Architect a high-performance, universal connectivity framework that acts as a mandatory security control, strictly enforcing "Least Privilege" access across every connected enterprise system, from SaaS to hybrid cloud infrastructure and legacy on-prem systems.
2. Technical Leadership & GTM Execution
Deep R&D Partnership: Serve as the technical lead with Engineering and Architects, driving the design of high-performance APIs, resilient data schemas, and synchronization logic. You will navigate deep architectural trade-offs while maintaining uncompromising standards for security and hyper-scalability.
Customer-Driven Security Innovation: Engage directly with CISOs and technical stakeholders to deeply understand critical "Joiner, Mover, Leaver" (JML) pain points, translating these challenges into innovative, high-impact platform features that secure the enterprise.1
Cross-Functional GTM Driver: Drive go-to-market strategy by partnering with Sales to secure complex, security-focused enterprise deals, defining the differentiated security value proposition with Marketing, and ensuring smooth adoption with Customer Success.
Qualifications
The Identity Specialist: 5–10 years of PM experience with a heavy focus on Identity Security and IGA.
Strategic & Innovative: You don’t just follow a backlog; you look at the market and define the next generation of Identity Security.
Technical & Business Fluency: Ability to lead a deep architectural review with RnD and present a business-value strategy to a C-level executive.
Outcome-Driven: Obsessed with metrics like "Reduction in Identity Risk," "Synchronization Latency," and "Time-to-Value."
Our Commitment
We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.
