Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager with a strong consulting background to lead execution of complex, cross-functional programs across GTM and Customer Experience domains.

This role is focused on turning strategy into execution—structuring ambiguous problem spaces, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving delivery across business and technology teams. You will operate in highly matrixed environments, bringing clarity, rigor, and momentum to critical initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in at least one core domain, combined with strong program leadership and exceptional communication skills.

  • CPQ & Quote-to-Cash

  • Sales, Account Management & Forecasting

  • Partner Ecosystems & Integrations

  • Customer Support, Success, and Services Platforms

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery and stabilization

  • Build and manage integrated program plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, readiness)

  • Drive structured execution across business and technology teams

Problem Structuring & Solutioning

  • Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and actionable plans

  • Define sequencing, tradeoffs, and delivery approach across complex initiatives

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Act as the central point of coordination across IT, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Support, and Customer Success

  • Manage dependencies across systems such as CRM, CPQ, billing, partner platforms, and data systems
    Proactively identify risks (process, data, integration, change) and drive resolution

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide clear, concise, and decision-oriented updates to senior leadership

  • Translate complex program status into business impact, risks, and required actions

  • Build trust and alignment across stakeholders through strong communication and follow-through

Delivery Quality & Outcomes

  • Define and track success metrics tied to delivery milestones and business outcomes

  • Ensure programs are set up for adoption, stability, and long-term impact

  • Drive accountability across teams to achieve committed results

Qualifications

Experience

  • 12+ years of program management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives across technology and business teams.

  • Proven consulting experience (management consulting, strategy, or technology transformation) with a track record of structuring ambiguous problems, driving executive alignment, and delivering enterprise-scale programs.

  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs

  • Experience in at least one of the defined GTM/CX domains

  • Background in technology transformation, operating model change, or large-scale system implementations

Must be local to SF bay area

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$155,000.00 - $251,000.00/yr
