Job Summary

The Sr. Principal Program Manager for Quoting Transformation will lead large-scale, enterprise initiatives to modernize and scale the company’s global quoting ecosystem. This senior, hands-on role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Product, and IT, and is accountable for driving end-to-end transformation across CPQ, pricing, and deal desk operations. You will orchestrate complex, multi-year programs that directly impact revenue velocity, margin, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program owner for enterprise quoting transformation, including CPQ platforms, pricing workflows, and deal desk operations.

  • Lead multi-workstream transformation programs spanning process redesign, platform modernization, data enablement, and change management.

  • Own end-to-end program execution, managing scope, roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure disciplined delivery.

  • Proactively collaborate and align with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to drive decisions and ensure shared objectives.

  • Lead executive forums to report on progress, drive decisions on priorities and scope, and align leaders on the transformation roadmap.

  • Drive measurable improvements in the quoting ecosystem, such as reduced cycle time, improved deal velocity, and increased pricing consistency.

  • Act as a thought partner to business leaders, providing expertise to simplify commercial constructs and reduce friction in deal flows.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience, Master's degree with 12 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience in a related field.

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation programs, specifically in the quote-to-cash (QTC) or CPQ domain.

  • Deep domain expertise in commercial operations, including pricing, discounting, deal desk, and approval workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, from strategy and roadmap development to hands-on execution and delivery.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ).

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant program management certification.

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and systems to drive efficiency and user adoption.


Must be local to SF Bay area.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$193,000.00 - $263,500.00/yr
