Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong background in Technical Writing and AI-enhanced content strategy. You are a self-starter who views AI methodology as key to your success, leveraging modern tools to accelerate content velocity and improve accuracy. As an early adopter, you will integrate AI workflows to streamline the documentation lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Develop high-quality content and workflows that enable users to successfully deploy and use Cortex products.

• Integrate AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to draft, refine, and optimize technical documentation and microcopy.

• Guide customer adoption by documenting how to best utilize new security features within Security Operations Centers (SOC).

• Synthesize complex data from developers, QA, and PMs into user-friendly guides, using AI to organize vast technical details into easily searchable topics.

• Create a seamless user experience through in-app help, onboarding tutorials, use-case examples, and best practices guides.

Qualifications

• AI & Automation: Proven experience integrating AI tools and methodologies into the writing process (e.g., prompt engineering for content generation, AI-driven editing, or automated workflow scripts).

• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of cloud security or SOC platforms; familiarity with public and hybrid cloud deployments.

• Authoring Tools: Proficiency with DITA and XML authoring and managing documentation as code.

• Collaboration Tools: Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and modern build tools.

• Content Strategy: Ability to oversee the big picture and write complex concepts from scratch while maintaining a consistent "voice" via AI-assisted style guides.

• Soft Skills: A proactive approach to learning new technologies and a "hands-on" curiosity for how products work.
