Your Career:
We are looking for aTechnical Release Manager to join our Cortex Content Engineering team. In this role, you will own the release lifecycle for our 3rd-party integrations and out-of-the-box content, ensuring smooth, predictable, and high-quality deliveries.
You will lead release execution while managing dependencies and alignment across core Cortex R&D and adjacent product engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with a solid technical foundation to streamline release processes and drive cross-team execution.
Responsibilities
• Release Execution: Own the release planning, cadence, and deployment process for 3rd-party integrations and content packs.
• Dependency & Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate dependencies, timelines, and technical blockers across Cortex R&D and internal product partners.
• Process & Governance: Establish clear release standards, validation criteria, and deployment workflows to maintain high product quality.
• Visibility & Reporting: Track release status, execution risks, and delivery metrics using Jira to provide clear visibility to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and optimize workflows to increase release velocity.
Qualifications
Your Career:
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Release Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management in a software environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, REST APIs, and modern release pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Proven ability to manage dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and keep engineering teams aligned on execution goals.
• Tooling: Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and release management.
• Communication: Clear communication skills with the ability to lead execution across matrixed teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience in cybersecurity, SecOps, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools or developer pipelines
