Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for service reliability, production health, automated testing (CI/CD), and incident response.
People Leadership & Growth: Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers; conduct 1:1s, support career development, and foster an inclusive, high-trust engineering culture.

Technical Background: 8+ years of prior hands-on software development experience using .NET / C# (or Java/Go/Python) with strong foundational knowledge of modern cloud architecture (AWS).
Education/Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience / IDF elite technology unit alumni.
Core Competencies:
Proven track record of building, hiring, and retaining strong engineering talent.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent written and spoken English.
Qualifications
Experience leading teams focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, SSO, or Zero Trust cybersecurity platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or Terraform), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience managing engineering teams operating under strict security, compliance, and multi-region SaaS requirements.
