As a Technical Enablement Architect at Palo Alto Networks, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our NetSec and SASE portfolio. Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Marketing, and GTM leadership, you will translate complex technologies into scalable programs that accelerate field readiness, product adoption, and technical success.

This role is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing technical outcomes at scale. You will help shape how technical knowledge is transferred across the organization, enabling teams worldwide to effectively position, architect, and deploy our solutions.

  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, TME, and GTM leadership to align technical enablement with business priorities and product launches.

  • Architect role-based learning journeys, including instructor-led training, digital learning, labs, simulations, certifications, and AI-powered learning experiences.

  • Define technical proficiency standards and readiness metrics for new products and technologies.

  • Lead readiness planning for major product launches, ensuring learning assets and certifications are available prior to General Availability.

  • Design certification frameworks, assessments, labs, and mastery programs that drive technical excellence.

  • Deliver technical presentations and workshops while serving as a trusted advisor across the Network Security and SASE ecosystem.

  • Use field feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes to continuously improve readiness programs.

  • Deep expertise in NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, and cloud-delivered security architectures.

  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting enterprise security solutions.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into scalable learning experiences, technical guidance, or best practices.

  • Proven ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with technical practitioners, managers, and senior leaders.

  • Experience creating or delivering technical training, enablement programs, certifications, workshops, or other knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-powered learning, productivity, or enablement platforms.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications
