Our team builds and provides CyberArk's Secure Workload Access solution. The team’s mission is to solve workload identity and authentication problems our customers face, and to secure workload communication while practicing the highest security standards and providing the best possible user experience.
We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join us in our journey to provide a great product to our customers.
Responsibilities
Working with developers to design and implement any infrastructure changes needed for new features
Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform and other tools to deploy our services to multiple environments
Jenkins pipeline development and maintenance for CI/CD
Managing AWS cloud accounts, including IAM, EKS, RDS, and more
Setting up monitoring, logging and observability infrastructure to ensure that our product is working well, we know about issues before our customers, and we can debug those issues in production
Design and maintain disaster recovery procedures, including on-call processes and incident response, backups and fire drills
Participate in on-call rotations
Working with the centralised security team to ensure that our infrastructure is secure, with defence in depth, including triaging security issues and updating versions to fix issues
Aid in data-driven performance optimisation and cost reduction efforts
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Software Developer, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer, or similar
Experience leading on designing and implementing new infrastructure or substantial changes to existing infrastructure
Experience working with AWS, Jenkins, Terraform and Kubernetes (or equivalents)
Experience working on continuously deployed services, and with the related tooling: e.g. ArgoCD, Flux, GitOps etc.
Strong English communication skills
Uses a thorough and methodical approach to tasks and troubleshooting. Ability to dig into a problem unprompted, but recognises when blocked and reaches out to a colleague.
Understands the use and limitations of LLMs in an infrastructure environment. Understands context management and proactively ensures necessary context will be available.
A security mindset, with experience discussing and working on improving infrastructure security
Experience working in a team that uses code reviews
