  • Collaborate proactively with Engineering, Customer Experience, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the migration strategy.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to support existing customers, identify common user challenges, and effectively launch new migration solutions.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to track the success of migration initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize the customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Act as the primary product evangelist for the migration program, articulating the vision and value proposition to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering customer growth, retention, and optimization across key business metrics.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to launch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer migration or platform transition projects.
  • Strong go-to-market and business analysis skills with experience in a fast-paced environment.
