Job Summary
As a Front-End developer with Web Producing expertise in our Digital Marketing group, you will act as the bridge between creative design, content management, and technical implementation. While primarily responsible for managing and publishing web content, you will also utilize your development skills to build high performance, accessible, and scalable web experiences that serve millions of users globally. You will work within a cross-functional team of UX designers, AEM backend engineers, and product marketers to transform Figma designs into modular, and reusable AEM components, ensuring an efficient and seamless authoring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish content using AEM to multilingual websites, managing updates for product launches, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Ensure that all page designs and copy are tested with extremely high quality across all devices before publishing to a live website.
- Assess and execute on the web request ticketing queue, ensuring SLAs are always met and escalating issues when necessary.
- Work closely with Brand, design, external agencies, and backend engineers to ensure excellent online execution and transform designs into modular experiences.
- Create intuitive AEM Dialogs and configure Touch UI to empower content authors. Keep up to date with component changes and integrate front-end components.
- Understand site architecture and execute performance upgrades. Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards (WCAG), and on-page SEO.
- Integrate third-party marketing tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics (Launch), and Demandbase to drive personalization and data-driven marketing.
- Partner with UX, backend, QA, and creative teams to ensure 'pixel perfect' execution of designs while providing technical feedback on feasibility and performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and maintain documentation for front end architecture and component usage for content authors.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Adobe Experience Manager.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Design, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a B2B Tech or Cybersecurity environment is a major plus.
- A curious, collaborative 'growth mindset' with experience working across distributed global teams.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, 'disruptive' environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+) and solid experience with AEM architecture, including HTL (Sightly), ClientLibs, Sling Models, and RESTful APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a B2B Tech or Cybersecurity environment.
