Job Summary

Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a growth-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our EMEA Centre of Excellence. The Centre of Excellence is a centralised marketing hub. This team plays a vital role in the EMEA Marketing organisation. We help our Field & Channel marketing teams to scale and simplify marketing activities and processes.

The Marketing Marketing’s primary responsibility is the management and coordination of in-person and virtual events, managing event execution, and coordinating audience acquisition programs for key events across multiple regions in multiple languages. This role is aligned to the global events team and regional marketing managers, focusing predominantly on the success and end-to-end management of virtual and in-person EMEA-level flagship events.

In this role, you will align closely with the EMEA Events Manager and regional field marketing teams to deliver a plan that achieves regional Demand Generation targets and supports the localised communication strategy, demonstrating solid project management skills.

As part of the EMEA Centre of Excellence, you will also participate in centralised initiatives that help the wider EMEA Marketing team to be more efficient, effective, and innovative.

  • Track and manage program effectiveness and apply learning from industry insights and best practices to continually optimize the customer journey from promotion through execution, delivery, follow-up, and nurture.

  • Maintain a disciplined communication and reporting cadence with Marketing & Sales stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors & agencies to explore new ideas and activities

  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed diligently and in a timely manner
