Job Summary

The Role: Inclusion in Action

Are you a legal disruptor? We are looking for an EMEA Legal Intern to join our world-class Legal team for a 4-month immersive professional journey. This isn't your typical "coffee-run" internship. This role is a hands-on, high-impact position designed to source the next generation of legal talent for our EMEA operations.

You will be at the heart of our Legal Engine, working on the front lines of AI integration, contract negotiation strategy, and stakeholder management.

Your Impact (Responsibilities)

Under the supervision of our senior legal mentors, you will:

  • Optimize Legal Workflows: Support the Legal Ops team in the roll-out and daily management of AI-driven legal tools, ensuring maximum efficiency in document review and research.
  • Refine the Playbook: Assist in the continuous improvement of negotiation playbooks, updating clauses and strategies to reflect the 2026 tech-legal landscape.
  • Enable the Business: Draft and update critical job-aids, guidance notes, and internal FAQs that empower our sales and engineering teams to move faster.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between Legal and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
  • Process Innovation: Identify "friction points" in current legal processes and propose creative, scalable solutions to solve them.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    • Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in a final-year Law program (LLB/LLM) or a recent graduate looking for their first major corporate break.
    • Tech Literacy: A genuine interest in how AI and automation are transforming the legal profession.
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English is our primary language; additional European languages are a plus).
    • The "Disruptor" Mindset: You aren't afraid to ask "Why?" and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the "status quo" is constantly being challenged.
    • Attention to Detail: You have a "legal eye" for detail but a "business brain" for the big picture.

    Our Commitment

We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for all qualified individuals with a disability. If you require assistance or accommodation due to a disability or special need, please contact us at  accommodations@paloaltonetworks.com.
