Job Summary
As the GTM Programs Director for Network Security, you will lead our Go-To-Market programs, reporting to the VP of GTM. You will partner closely with leaders across sales, marketing, product, and finance to address complex strategic challenges. We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on GTM expert with a transformative mindset to drive key objectives and shape our market-leading network security business in this broad-scope leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and sales plays for Network Security, including takeout programs, net new logo plays, and channel acceleration motions.
- Architect comprehensive program blueprints with sound financial and strategic rationale to guide GTM execution and measure success.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to co-create deliverables, launch plays, and track value.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives designed to accelerate business growth for the Network Security portfolio.
- Structure and analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven hypotheses, and deliver high-quality, actionable recommendations for executive-level consumption.
- Drive organizational change by managing projects from ideation through to execution, demonstrating adaptability and a focus on results.
- Simplify complex processes and information to ensure clear communication and alignment across all participating teams and leadership.
- Challenge the status quo curiously and positively to uncover new opportunities for growth and efficiency within GTM programs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 6 years in management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or GTM programs.
- 3+ years of formal people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and program development is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and executives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the enterprise technology industry, particularly with SaaS models; cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead through influence across a matrixed organization.
- Action-oriented self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
