We are seeking a Senior SAP Business Solution Analyst with deep knowledge in SAP SD and RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) modules. This role will involve acting as a liaison between IT and Business, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality enterprise initiatives and improving the quality of SAP systems and processes. The successful candidate will take ownership of key functional areas in operations and revenue, partnering with business stakeholders to build and execute a roadmap for the company's future growth. We are looking for a professional interested in emerging AI technologies within and beyond the SAP ecosystem. Experience with SAP Joule (SAP’s generative AI copilot) is highly desirable as we explore intelligent automation and AI-enhanced ERP capabilities. The role will involve contributing to the design of AI-enabled business processes leveraging tools like SAP Joule, and identifying areas where AI/ML can optimize business operations in both sales & distribution and revenue functions (e.g., intelligent billing, predictive analytics, contract analysis). You should have strong working experience in SD and its integration with Material Management, Hardware Shipping, Subscription Billing, R2R, RAR and FI modules. We are transforming our software delivery practices to bring in greater agility. Should be a passionate person with an ability to independently manage projects / enhancements and help users with best possible experience.
This is an in office role 3 days/week in our HQ, Santa Clara, CA
Key Responsibilities
Architect and Implement Intelligent Solutions: Design and deploy end-to-end solutions within the SAP Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Revenue Recognition (RAR) landscape, leveraging AI-driven predictive modeling and insights to build smarter, more resilient revenue and billing pipelines.
Translate Business Needs: Convert complex business requirements from key stakeholders into robust functional designs and accurate system configurations.
Manage Smart System Integrations: Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SAP QTC/RAR, SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, Salesforce, and other API-based enterprise applications, deploying AI-powered data mapping and anomaly detection to monitor and secure integration pipelines.
Optimize Processes & Performance: Streamline existing business processes, enhance overall system performance, and ensure strict data integrity.
Automate Testing & Documentation: Conduct rigorous system testing using AI for automated test case generation, perform intelligent, predictive system monitoring to catch issues before they impact the business, and maintain clear documentation assisted by AI generation tools.
Enforce Best Practices: Establish and uphold system and process best practices to directly improve operational efficiency.
Leverage Modern Technologies: Work cross-functionally with cutting-edge cloud, B2B, and EDI integration technologies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in SAP SD module & SAP RAR
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance with required SAP experience.
Strong functional configuration and implementation experience in RAR and SD
Technical experience in ABAP and other coding platforms is preferred
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the use of AI.
Strong experience in designing and supporting APIs ( REST & SOAP)
Solid understanding of SAP IDOCs, BAPIs , RFC, and interface framework
Experience with SAP integration/middleware tools
Knowledge of security concepts (authentication, Authorization, certificates) for integration
Multiple end-to-end project experience in Order to Cash and prior support experience
Very good working knowledge of EDI and iDoc functionality
Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies
Significant depth in SDLC & Agile practices of enterprise-class products.
Demonstrated ability to understand product design and architecture.
Experience in crafting creative functional solutions to difficult business problems
Demonstrated proactive, self-motivated, quality focus, customer-centric mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: SAP Certified SD Specialist (preferred); Additional SAP certifications are a plus
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
