This Professional Services Consultant/EE position is an integral part of our mission within our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work on-site with our customer(s) supporting our mission to help them quickly and completely adopt our Security Operating Platform, leaving them more secure. This is a highly technical, hands-on role and you will develop and maintain expertise level skill sets on our products and solutions deployed within the customer's environment.

Your Career
As an Extended Expertise Consultant (EEC) for Cortex XSIAM, you will serve as the long-term, dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor for our most strategic customers. This is a high-impact consulting role that requires a unique blend of deep technical automation expertise and elite soft skills. Cortex XSIAM orchestration enables security teams to ingest alerts across sources and execute standardized, automatable playbooks for accelerated incident response. You will act as an extension of the customer’s team, guiding their long-term automation strategy and ensuring they realize the full value of the XSIAM platform.
Your Impact
Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts leveraging Cortex XSIAM for Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response.
Learn and understand the customer’s business requirements and the threat landscape that is most applicable to their industry’s vertical sector to improve the security posture of the customers SOC.
Lead Cortex XSIAM technical automation implementation and operations in a customer environment.
Interact with Security and IT technologies relating to the customer environment to build seamless integrations.
Develop complex security solutions in large environments.
Qualifications
Your Experience
At least 2 years experience working on Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR is required
Prior experience in a Category 2 or higher Security Cleared environment in Singapore
Cortex XDR or XSIAM certifications will be highly regarded
Strong understanding of Windows and Linux desktop and server operating systems
Experience in cybersecurity incident response and current security threats
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols and applications
Detailed technical experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of high-end security solutions
Experience with IDS/IPS, SEIM, Endpoint solutions and technologies
Experience in Python or other programming languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
GCIA, CISSP, and/or DevOps certifications is a plus
