Your Career & Impact
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will act as a strategic operational partner to regional sales leadership. You will not manage a team of direct reports, but instead will be responsible for scaling the sales organization and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Partner with sales leadership on annual and quarterly planning, including capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting.
- Own and manage the full forecasting cadence, pipeline inspection, and reporting process to significantly improve visibility and predictability.
- Deliver actionable business intelligence through dashboards and analytics, focusing on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and business trends.
- identify and address gaps in the sales lifecycle by driving standardization and optimization of critical sales processes.
- Act as the CRM Champion (Salesforce), ensuring high data accuracy, system adoption, and reporting quality across the sales tech stack.
- Support sales performance initiatives, including KPI tracking, regular business reviews (WBR/QBR), and alignment with incentive plans.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and organizational alignment.
Your Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, ideally within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in core Sales Operations functions: sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with significant hands-on experience using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and optimizing the associated sales technology stack.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global or regional sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise or field sales teams.
- Familiarity with subscription-based / Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) models.
- Exposure to sales compensation and incentive plan design.
- MBA or an equivalent business qualification.
The Team
You will join a high-performing Sales Operations/Revenue Operations team that is instrumental in driving scale, efficiency, and growth. We are critical partners to sales leadership, enabling the business to achieve its revenue goals while maintaining operational rigor and excellence across all regions.
Our Commitment
We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.
