Major Account Manager for Pharmaceutical manufacturers
Your Career
In the Strategic Account Sales Division 2, we are responsible for new customer acquisition and account management within Japan’s top 50 companies in the financial industry, as well as the retail, logistics, media and Pharmaceutical industries among Japan’s major enterprises. We expect you to take charge of Pharmaceutical manufacturers
Your Impact
- In these markets, we pride ourselves on having a very high market share and support our customers' digital transformation from a security perspective - Our basic sales style involves proposals and contract negotiations with management and decision-makers
- You will also approach end-users and provide sales support and post-sales activities for related partners
- You will collaborate with internal departments such as product sales and the marketing team to enhance recognition in your assigned market and generate business opportunities
Your Experience
- 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry (experience in the security industry is not required - software sales, hardware sales, or SIer sales are acceptable)
- 5+ years of corporate sales experience targeting large enterprises
- Experience in the security industry
Desired Qualities
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- Proficiency in English at a reading and writing level
- Ability to develop accounts and build relationships with assigned customers, including executives
- Capability to formulate account strategies with logical thinking
- Ability to advance proposals by collaborating with various internal teams (different product departments), possessing team-building skills and initiative to drive projects forward
