Your Career
The Professional Services Program Director will lead a matrixed cross functional team of technical and project resources to oversee and track performance of our partners delivering our technology. This Program Director will be responsible for establishing processes and governance from order creation to project completion including roles and responsibilities for both Professional services resources and the partners leading each delivery engagement. This role will report to the Senior Director of Professional Services Project Management and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.
This position calls for someone who is organized, collaborative, a strong communicator, has a fierce sense of ownership and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, highly accountable, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a global fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Your Impact
- Help solve complex business issues by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on building a sound strategy, defining scope, creating project plans and governance, presenting meaningful insights, executing on critical, impactful, post-sales initiatives
- Confidently set the competency standards and best practices in a sometimes ambiguous environment - charters, project plans, success metrics, ROI
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Solution implementation requires a longer term view which impacts both pre and post sales strategic goals and objectives
- Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary
- Orchestrate indirect teams to disrupt, improve, and evolve ways of working when necessary to align with business needs
- Align program with other post-sales initiatives and manage risk and cross-program dependencies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to provide regular updates on initiative progress and risks
- Own and drive escalations and communications, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful resolution
- Establish successful working relationships and foster collaboration amongst project teams
- Report and present regularly to senior leadership across GCS
- Proven ability to confidently lead a team through ambiguity, and to establish context where little/none exists
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field - advanced degree preferred or equivalent military experience
- 15+ years project/program management related work experience in the technology industry preferably in a post-sales environment
- 10+ years’ track record of successfully driving and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives in a program management role
- Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts
- Demonstrated success as a self starter and problem-solver
- Strong ability to define scope, ideate a plan, and take full ownership of execution to drive initiatives to successful closure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms and to establish the ‘narrative” around complex change initiatives
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed to support a global team

Our professional services team is critical to our success and mission. As part of this team, you enable customer success by providing support to clients post-sale. Our dedication to our customers doesn’t stop once they sign – it evolves.
As threats and technology evolve, we stay in step to accomplish our mission. You’ll be involved in implementing new products, transitioning from old products to new, and will fix integrations and critical issues as they are raised. But you won’t wait for them to be raised, you’ll seek them out, too. We fix and identify technical problems, with a pointed focus of providing the best customer support in the industry.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $193000 - $224500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
