Your Career
As a Channel Business Manager (CBM), you will center your role on relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue, market share, and depth within each partner sales team. Your success in this role will span the creation and execution of unique business plans with each potential. You’ll be measured primarily on the joint business executed with each partner. You’ll work within all levels of large partner organizations and possess a commitment that focuses on developing partnerships based on a long term, “outcome where everybody wins” strategy.
Your Impact
Regional Business Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end business of Tier 1 Resellers and Distributors across ASEAN, evaluating management strength and financial stability to ensure regional alignment.
Strategic Interlock: Establish "C-level" relationships to drive long-term, "win-win" strategies that integrate Palo Alto Networks into the partners
Market Mapping: Quantify the addressable market for each ASEAN territory, leveraging the partner’s vertical/horizontal expertise to differentiate our value proposition.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyze data to optimize product blend (revenue/units), increase deal registrations, and improve service attach rates across the region.
Funnel Management: Conduct weekly reviews of key regional deals and pipeline health to ensure forecast accuracy and goal achievement.
Enablement & Competency: Own the regional roadmap for sales/technical certifications, ensuring the partner can independently position TCO, ROI, and complex cross-sell solutions.
Marketing Optimization: Liaise with Marketing to strategically deploy efforts against agreed business objectives.
Competitive Displacement: Train partners to articulate competitive advantages and effectively introduce new roadmap solutions into their existing portfolio.
Full-Spectrum Accountability: Serve as the primary point of accountability for all partner engagements across all internal teams.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Proven experience in managing top tier partners and distributors across ASEAN region.
Proven experience in managing sales campaigns across multi country/geography efforts.
Experience in driving and implementing structured sales techniques spanning the entire sales cycle i.e. identification and qualification of opportunities, business development, order fulfillment and ongoing account management with partners
Demonstrable track record of campaign delivery with strong ability to use a wide range of skill to drive partner strategy and effort to achieve targets
Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
