Our work is organized into three specialized pillars—The Way We Hire, The Way We Grow, and The Way We Lead—to provide tailored resources for every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Job Summary
As a key member of the Global Enablement team, you will lead the strategy and execution of "The Way We Grow," our strategic enablement framework for Individual Contributors (ICs). This program moves beyond traditional training by embedding growth into the daily flow of work through capability-based learning. You will empower ICs to own their development through AI-powered systems that build role-specific proficiency and long-term career agility.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead the long-term strategy for "The Way We Grow," translating high-level organizational goals into a scalable capability-based framework that embeds professional development directly into the daily flow of work for Individual Contributors (ICs).
Capability-Led Program Design: Lead the delivery of IC programs anchored in the company's core and domain capability strategy, ensuring all enablement is mapped to the skills that fuel performance and innovation.
70-20-10 Capability Activation: Implement the 70-20-10 framework by integrating capability-aligned nudges, toolkits, and micro-learning activities directly into the flow of work.
AI-Powered Growth Systems: Curate and manage the The Way We Grow hub on the Learning Center (LXP), utilizing GenAI to provide real-time coaching prompts, feedback suggestions, and capability mapping.
Strategic Capability Scaling: Partner with regional Talent Enablement Partners to deploy standardized IC offerings and share adaptable playbooks that articulate the value of capability resources for specific business needs.
Performance Cycle Enablement: Deliver just-in-time resources during performance cycles to help ICs utilize capability growth as the foundation for high-impact career conversations.
Data-Driven Capability Insights: Monitor and analyze adoption data and training metrics to evaluate the maturity of IC capabilities and the effectiveness of enablement interventions.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in People Operations or Talent Development role within a corporate environment.
Learning Design: Proven ability to apply the 70-20-10 framework to create non-traditional learning experiences (e.g., on-the-job nudges, peer learning networks).
Technical Administration: Experience managing a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) or LMS, with a focus on content curation and skill taxonomy.
Operational Execution: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex logistics for global program rollouts.
