Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to support the execution of cross-functional programs across GTM and Customer Experience domains. This role focuses on driving programs from planning through delivery by managing cross-functional execution and ensuring timely progress against commitments. You will operate in a highly matrixed environment, helping bring structure, visibility, and discipline to large initiatives. The ideal candidate has solid program management experience across business and technology teams, with working knowledge of GTM and/or CX systems and processes, and strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution of medium-to-large cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
Maintain program plans, including milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status tracking.
Ensure day-to-day coordination across business and technology teams.
Track progress against delivery timelines and escalate issues as needed.
Support decomposition of program plans into actionable tasks and workstreams.
Help identify sequencing and dependencies under guidance from senior program leaders.
Manage execution across IT, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Support, and Customer Success teams.
Track dependencies across systems such as CRM, CPQ, billing, and data platforms.
Surface risks and issues early and support mitigation planning with stakeholders.
Provide clear and consistent program updates to project stakeholders and delivery teams.
Prepare status reports highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions needed.
Track delivery against defined scope, milestones, and success criteria.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
8+ years of program or project management experience across business and technology environments.
Experience working in cross-functional teams within enterprise or mid-to-large scale organizations.
Strong execution and coordination skills in matrixed environments.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
Solid communication skills with ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Working knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
Must be local to SF bay area.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to GTM and/or CX domains such as sales operations, CPQ, customer support, or partner ecosystems.
Experience supporting system implementations or business transformation initiatives.
Working knowledge in one or more of the following: Sales Operations & Forecasting, CPQ & Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Customer Support, Success, or Services Platforms, Partner Operations & Integrations.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
