Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary strategist and Service Product Owner to redefine our Support and Services GTM model for an AI-first, 'agentic' future. As the Senior Manager, Services Product Management, you will act as an internal consultant and the strategic bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and GTM teams. You will focus specifically on a dedicated product set within Network Security, intimately understanding its product priorities and long-term roadmap to design and deliver perfectly aligned support and service models.
Key Responsibilities
NetSec Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the definitive service and support owner for a specific product set within NetSec. Develop a deep, intimate understanding of the product roadmap, engineering priorities, and feature releases to anticipate service delivery needs.
Define Strategic Service Vision: Establish the long-term GTM direction and service objectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and New Service Introductions (NSIs), ensuring support offerings are commercially viable, competitive, and tightly aligned with corporate strategy.
Pod Leadership & Execution: Operate within a strategic pod model, managing, mentoring, and guiding dedicated NPI Program Manager who will assist in actively program managing end-to-end launch deliverables.
Internal Consulting & Standardization: Act as a strategic advisor to core Product Managers upstream. Develop and implement standardized "service permutations," empowering PMs to self-select proven delivery models while reserving custom exceptions for rigorous governance and review.
Product & Priority Alignment: Deeply understand the core product architecture and overarching business priorities to intelligently evaluate which products require custom service delivery models versus standard implementations.
Orchestrate GTM Execution: Develop the core strategy for, and orchestrate, scalable support launches. Ensure the field and GCS delivery teams are strategically positioned and fully enabled prior to Go/No-Go assessments.
Market Analysis & Trend Identification: Continuously review industry trends related to AI, agentic support frameworks, and service monetization to develop data-driven recommendations for long-term operational improvements.
Architectural Evolution & Automation: Lead the roadmap to transition legacy, human-heavy support processes toward a fully agentic model, moving from 100% human-delivered services toward a target of 20% human touch.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience.
Demonstrated hybrid background combining Top-Tier Management Consulting, Product Management, and Go-To-Market Strategy, with a focus on enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or service delivery.
Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing high-performing talent (e.g., Program Managers, Support Operations, or Product team members).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and commercial opportunities.
Strong executive presence with a proven ability to build stakeholder alignment, translate technical capabilities into C-level outcomes, and influence decision-making across disparate teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong mix of Product Management and Consulting experience—specifically demonstrating the ability to evaluate existing product lines and advise on/build the operational frameworks and service models required to support them.
Deep familiarity with network security (NetSec) architectures, product lifecycles, and the unique support requirements of enterprise cybersecurity portfolios.
Track record of defining overarching strategic visions and driving them through to successful execution, moving beyond tactical project management into high-level organizational transformation.
Proven track record of taking a legacy, fragmented service model and automating it to drive efficiency and scale without sacrificing customer outcomes.
Familiarity with NPI/NSI lifecycles, Quote-to-Cash requirements, enterprise support systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud), and integrating strategic solutions into broad commercial constructs.
Top-tier MBA strongly preferred, reflecting the strategic caliber required to operate as an internal consultant to product leadership.
